Glass Toughening

Toughened Glass, Glass Toughening is the process of applying a special treatment to ordinary float glass after it has been cut to size and finished.

This produces glass that if broken, goes into small pieces without sharp edges.

Glass Toughening does strengthen glass and is ideal for glazed doors, low level windows and table tops for safety.
